Fruit Vinegars : $7 / 375ml

This is where Trish really shines! As she says, “Such a simple idea - simple to use - yet so tasty!

I use fresh fruit and fresh fruit juice in combination with quality balsamic vinegar. The response to these vinegars has been overwhelming.” Pour over mixed salad greens, ice cream, strong cheese, baked brie, baked chicken, the possibilities are endless.

Blackberry Balsamic Vinegar – The newest is our fruit vinegar line up. Starting with fresh blackberries, this dressing is for salad, but try it over ice cream or cheese cake for a blast of taste to dessert or pour ¼ oz over a hamburger.

Cranberry Balsamic Vinegar - The tart and bold flavours of the Muskoka cranberries come out in this one. Add a handful of dried cranberries to your salad of mixed greens, no need to add oil, a little salt and pepper, splash the cranberry vinegar over the top and you’re set. Pour over baked brie, or on turkey leftovers, Very festive, very tasty! Great at Thanksgiving or Christmas!

Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar - We use fresh local raspberries in this one - no comparison to a commercial raspberry vinaigrette. Once you have ours, you will never go back. Heat the vinegar up and serve over chocolate cake.

Sour Cherry Balsamic Vinegar - The sour cherry is the original and still the most popular. Made from the juice of the Montmorency Cherry grown in Prince Edward County , the same one used to make our cherry wine. And, the same qualities that make the Montmorency Cherry a great wine make the vinegar so compelling to use as well. The character of the fruit is a combination of sweet and sour and what gives it such zing. In addition to a salads, try it with duck. This vinegar is amazing in a reduction and severed with lamb shank.

Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar - Fresh local strawberries and balsamic vinegar, - how can you go wrong? Big bright flavour of both the strawberries and the balsamic, not just for salad, but great over desserts.

Mango Apple Cider Vinegar - Bright yellow colour, but milder flavour than our balsamic vinegars, the mango and apple cider work well over milder lettuce leaves like Boston or iceberg lettuce. Delicious over a fruit salad of any kind. Pour over chicken just before you take it out of the oven.

Peach Apple Cider Vinegar – Niagara peaches picked at their peak and cooked with apple cider vinegar make for yummy summer time salads.
